The True Story of the 3 Little Pigs

Our Challenge: Kindergarten kiddos give their best shot at creating a house that Alexander T. Wolf can't sneeze down! The big challenge was making sure their house didn't blow away off the table.

60-minute lesson:
5 min- Song and Dance Intro, Three Little Pigs
10 min- Read aloud, "The True Story of the Three Little Pigs"
Materials distribution*
25 min- Prototyping/Testing/Refining
5 min- Clean up
5 min- Reflection

Materials: Wooden blocks, tape, newspaper, a pig (we used a block to represent the little pig)

Testing station: Use a "wolf decorated" hairdryer as the big bad wolf and try to blow down the house. The goal is to create structures that are still standing and do not blow away.
